• Can I place a phone order?

• Which forms of payment can I use?

• Is my order secure?

  Our site only accepts orders from browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts the information you put in. Be aware that total security is not always possible. It is important for you to prevent unauthorized access to your password and

• Where is my 10% off promo code?

  If you are a new subscriber to our email list, you will receive a one-time-use 10% off promo code. You will receive your code by email. Please look in all folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

  Please note, merchandise purchased on Wacoal.ca can only be shipped to destinations within Canada. You can shop on Wacoal-America.com if you would like to ship items to addresses in the United States.

• How long does shipping take?

  Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out starting on the following business day, including priority shipments. Expedited orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped on the next business day.

  By ordering goods from Wacoal Direct, the customer hereby authorizes Livingston International a Canadian customs broker chosen by Wacoal Direct to act as their agent, to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear their merchandise and account for applicable duties and taxes.

  Wacoal Direct will pay for all duties associated with shipping merchandise to customers.
